Adrian J. Moody

Adrian J. Moody, Esq., founder of the firm, has eighteen years of litigation experience. Mr. Moody is a native Philadelphian. He began his practice in North Philadelphia and maintains an office in the heart of the community on North 22 nd Street .

While Mr. Moody specializes in Personal Injury and Medical Malpractice, he has in the last three years developed a strong Civil Rights/Title VII, Class Action, Sports and Entertainment law practice.

Mr. Moody is known as a top-notch negotiator and has won several lucrative settlements for clients in cases against City government, and other public and private entities. Mr. Moody negotiated a settlement in excess of two million dollars in a medical Malpractice and Wrongful Death case for the family of the late NCAA basketball star Hank Gathers. Mr. Moody also participated in a Class Action product Liability Claim against Chrysler where the jury verdicts several professional athletes and artists in commercial related matters.

Mr. Moody is a member in good standing in the United States Court of Appeals for the 3 rd Circuit, The United States District Court for the Supreme Court. He is a former member of the Board of Governors of the Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association and member of the American and Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association. He has lectured on Lead Paint Poisoning and Law Firm Practice Issues before members of the American Trial Lawyers Association.

Mr. Moody received his Bachelors of Arts Degree from the College of the Holy Cross, Worcester , MA . and his Juris Doctorate from St. Louis University , St. Louis , Missouri .

Mr. Moody is active in the various civic associations where he serves as a mentor to teenagers.

Stacy Shields

Stacy L. Shields, an accomplished corporate executive as well as an outstanding litigator, specializes in Family Law, Criminal law, Personal Injury, Traffic law and Bankruptcy. Ms. Shields started her legal career in the Public Defender's Office in Philadelphia where she developed a solid record of litigation accomplishments. Since 1996, she has worked exclusively with clients from the private sector, continuing to add to her track record of accomplishments.

Prior to pursuing a legal career, Ms. Shields worked for several Fortune 500 corporations in the areas of sales and marketing. She was consistently ranked in the top 10 percent of the sales force and generated sales in excess of $500,000.

Ms. Shields is a member in good standing of the Pennsylvania Bar, and the United States District Court of Pennsylvania.

In addition to legal affiliations, Ms. Shields holds memberships in Delta Sigma theta Sorority, the N.A.A.C.P, and American Business Women's Association.

Ms. Shields has a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Management from Cheyney University School of Law, Wilmington , Delaware.

Kevin Mincy

Kevin V. Mincey is an accomplished litigator specializing in criminal defense, family law, personal injury, representing businesses and juvenile court matters.  Mr. Mincey began his career at the Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office handling thousand of cases with charges ranging from but not limited to Attempted Murder, Rape, and Possession with Intent to Deliver.  Mr. Mincey’s successes as a criminal defense attorney and as a prosecutor have helped to  develop his reputation of being one of the up and coming legal talents in the Philadelphia area.  In addition to his successful exploits in the criminal arena, Mr. Mincey has also been retained as general counsel for several business, achieved favorable verdicts for his clients in Landlord/Tenant courts, and is also associated with Barrister Sports and Entertainment, llc.

Mr. Mincey is a member in good standing with the Pennsylvania Bar.  He is a member of the Philadelphia Bar Association, the Amercian Bar Association, the National Bar Asscoiation, and the Pennsylvania Bar Association.  In addition to his legal affiliations, Mr. Mincey is a member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc., Sigma Delta Tau Legal Fraternity, Inc., and he is active as a mentor for the Police Athletic League (PAL) and other teens in the community.

Demitrius J. Parrish, Jr.

Demetrius J. Parrish, Jr. is a native Philadelphian with over 12 years of experience in representing both Plaintiffs and Defendants in all phases of civil litigation. Mr. Parrish received a Juris Doctor from Southern University Law Center and a Bachelor of Science in mathematics from Southern. He also attended the United States Naval Academy from 1980 to 1983.

Demetrius is licensed to practice in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey . He is also a member in good standing of the United States Court of Appeal for the Third Circuit, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey and the Courts of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania .

Mr. Parrish is a member of the American Bar Association, Barrister's Association of Philadelphia, the Lawyer's Club and the Black Entertainment and Sports Lawyer's Association. He is an active Prince Hall Manson and a member of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc.

S. Timothy A. Crawford

Mr. Crawford has been a Criminal, Civil and Entertainment lawyer for more than twenty seven years.

Mr. Crawford has been recognized by Ebony magazine as one of the country's most up and coming attorneys and by Jet magazine for his prowess as a shrewd entertainment lawyer.

Mr. Crawford has had several cases highlighted in the Pennsylvania Judicial Review. Mr. Crawford clerked in the First Judicial District of Pennsylvania, Court of Common Pleas for the Honorable Juanita Kidd Stout for eight years. He has served as mediator and Judge Protem in the Court of common Pleas.

Mr. Crawford is a member in good standing of the Pennsylvania Supreme Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, United States Court of Appeals for the 3 rd Circuit , United States Supreme Court and the American Bar Association. He is founder of the Black Entertainment and Sports Law Association.

Mr. Crawford received his Bachelor of Arts Degree from John C. Smith University in Charlotte , North Carolina , and received his Juris Doctorate after attending North Carolina Central and Duke University in Durham , North Carolina .

Otis L. Bullock, Jr.

BIOGRAPHY
Otis L. Bullock, Jr. was born and raised in Philadelphia and attended Philadelphia public schools. He graduated from Temple University School of Law in 2004 and West Chester University in 2000 with a B.S. in Political Science. Otis has several years of experience as an intern with Defenders Association of Philadelphia. He also interned with Temple Legal Aid Office, Pennsylvania Institutional Law Project and the Federal Defenders Association. Most recently, Otis served as counsel and legislative aide to Councilwoman Jannie L. Blackwell.
In May 2005, Otis's commitment to the community was featured in the Neighborhood Transformation Initiative... A Vision Becomes Reality, Progress Report 2005. Also, Otis was featured in I Choose to Stay, a memoir by Salome Thomas-El C 2003, excerpted and adapted in Chicken Soup for the African American Soul Co? 2004.

Zoning and Land Use Issues
